Six Low Cost Security Considerations to Build into Your Summer Schedule
Tuesday, June 12, 2018 Presenter: Paul F. Benne, PSP, CPOI of Sentinel Consulting
With every security crisis that occurs, administrators are reminded to prioritize security. Unfortunately, this is met with uncertainty in exactly what to do. Many schools, libraries, and public facilities find themselves resorting to costly measures that are not sustainable. Often these measures do not constitute a holistic approach to security.
This session will teach the attendee how to increase security by understanding risk, applying mitigation strategies that have little cost, and are easily incorporated into your school’s summer maintenance and planning schedule.
In this recorded session, presenters Dr. Sue Limber and Dr. Mary Margaret Kerr, experts in bullying and crisis prevention/response, address issues of adolescent suicide and bullying experiences. This webinar was hosted by the Center for Safe Schools with funding provided by the Pennsylvania Department of Education and the Highmark Foundation.
