This presentation is designed to provide basic information for school leaders on their legal responsibilities and their role in preventing and intervening in bullying situations. The presentation reviews the legal definition of bullying and outlines criminal and civil rights violations. Finally, the presentation concludes with cautions in bullying prevention and intervention.
