Implementing the Olweus Bullying Prevention Program (OBPP) with Fidelity

This presentation will provide: an overview of the concept of program fidelity and its relationship to program outcomes; review the results of statewide fidelity data regarding the implementation of OBPP in Pennsylvania schools; identify OBPP components that are more easily performed as well as those components that are more challenging to perform; discuss the implications for supporting the long-term successful implementation of OBPP in schools; and provide recommendations to help school administrators sustain OBPP in their schools.
